Villa Gonzalez Montoya is a historic building in Almeria, designed by architect Guillermo Langle in 1928. It is a Basque style, known among the Almeria as "the Basque house." In 1980, Doña Paquita decided to donate the house to the city of Almería, so that after his death it was transformed into a cultural center. This is the first headquarters of the Art Museum of Almeria, where you can enjoy a wide panorama of Almeria art from the 1880s to the 1970s.
